September…new ‘term’, new start and I don’t know about you, but it always feels like an exciting and welcomed fresh start – yes? These yoga classes are here to support you as we transition from summer into autumn and beyond (notice what I didn’t say there?!). Holistic yoga supports your wellbeing physically, mentally and emotionally – and of course energetically. My classes are accessible for all-bodies.
MONDAY – Chi Yoga 10am – 11.15am – a fusion of Chinese Medicine Movement and Yoga Asana (postures). A revitalising practice that supports all the major organs and systems of the body. (Shipham Village Hall, Somerset).
NEW! Yoga for Beginners – 11.30am – 12.30 – Come and explore the classic Hatha Yoga practices in an accessible way. This is for you if you’re a complete beginner, rusty returner or even a reluctant mover…You will learn classic Hatha Yoga postures, breathwork and simple meditation. In a relaxed and encouraging environment, this yoga class will help you to build strength, flexibility and balance plus increase calm and boost your mood naturally. (Shipham Village Hall, Somerset)
TUESDAY 7.30pm – 8.45pm – Yoga for Wellbeing. Supporting your physical, mental and emotional health as we glide from summer into autumn…Traditional Hatha Yoga practices taught in an accessible way. Move better and with ease, reduce tension and feel revitalised. (Axbridge Town Hall Somerset)
THURSDAY – NEW! In Sound Health – A Pioneering 8 week programme helping you to transform stress, anxiety, fatigue and low mood…I am very excited to be launching this wonderful programme. It’s been trialled over the spring/summer months, refined and ready to go. Are you redy for change? Do come and join us!

I teach in 6 or 8 week blocks. Drop Ins might be available (space permitting, please enquire).
What if I need to miss a class? You can either receive a Zoom recording to practice in your own time at home, swop to another class (space permitting) or even join via Zoom if you’re away, but able to do this.

Weaving together gentle, restorative yoga, breathwork, meditation and fantastic strategies from Positive Psychology – join me on this 8 week journey to Positive Change! Friday – Gentle Yoga to Calm
Retrain your body and mind to a more relaxed, calm state of Being through gentle yoga; this has a power all of its own; soothing, restorative, and calming for mind & body.
1.30 – 2.45pm Livestream via Zoom. In the comfort of your own home, you can continue to rest once the class is finished. Bliss!
